Can I place my order by telephone?
Sorry, no. At present we only take orders over the internet.
How will I know if the item I ordered is in stock?
All items added to your shopping basket should be in stock, but if for any reason a product you order is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
How do I know that my order has been placed?
Within minutes of your order being placed, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this or there is anything not quite right in the confirmation email, please email us at manager@e-pound-shop.co.uk.
How are my goods delivered?
Goods are despatched from our large warehouses in Leicester by Royal mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery where possible. For larger orders we use Parcel Force or courier services, depending on your location.
Can my order be delivered to an address of my choice?
Yes. Goods can be delivered to an address other than the billing address. Simplely tell us on the special instruction at the checkout
What if I have a special delivery request?
Please email us at info@e-pound-shop.co.uk and we will do everything possible to meet your wishes.
How long will delivery take?
We despatch all orders within 2-5 working days of receipt of order. If you require your order more quickly, please email us at info@epound-shop.co.uk, quoting your order number. It normally takes 48 hours for the Royal Mail or courier to make the delivery and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carriers.
My order has not arrived.
Please allow a week for delivery, but if your order has not arrived within 7 days, please email us at manager@e-pound-shop.co.uk and we will investigate.
Does there need to be someone here to sign for the delivery?
In most cases, yes. If you are out when the order is delivered, the postman or courier will leave a card telling you how to arrange re-delivery or collection. It is important that you follow the instructions on the card and contact them as soon as possible, and certainly within 3 days. If the goods end up requiring us to arrange re-delivery, we may charge for the costs incurred. Please note that in the event of goods being returned to us on account of non-delivery, we will not despatch replacements until the original items have been received by us.
What is your policy on returns?
We are so confident that you will be happy with our products that we offer a 30day no quibbles money back guarantee. Items returned must be in an unused and re-saleable condition, without any hygiene seals being broken. On receipt of the items, we will refund the full purchase price, but it is important that you email us at info@e-pound-shop.co.uk before sending anything back. Please see our terms and conditions. Registering a complaint.
If you have a complaint about a product we have supplied, please email the details to manager@e-poundshop.co.uk. We aim to handle all complaints in a fair, confidential and effective manner and will acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days. We will then provide an estimated timescale for resolving the complaint and keep you informed about progress
